Where exactly are you?

We are on the south side of the city, about 5 min. from the center.

  1. It's easier to start from Chao Fah East road in Rama IX park, heading south.
  2. This would lead you to Dao Roong school.
  3. About 1km on the same road, passing the school, you would encounter a T-intersection with traffic light, you need to turn left, onto Pattanatongtin road.
  4. About 1km on the road, we would be on the left handside with Tai-Tan in Purple signboard.

How far are you from Patong?

About 30-40 minutes drive by car. We are about 5 min away from Central and you may be able to judge from your experience, how long you would need from there to Patong.

How far are you from the city?

Technically, we are on the outer skirt of the city, it will be about 5 min to, say, Robinson, or Central.

What's the room rate?

As indicated on our home page, our monthly rate is 6,000 Baht and our weekly rate is 2,000 Baht, all excluding water and electricity; it would be 5 Baht / unit for electricity and 15 Baht / unit for water. From our experience, 2,000-3,000 Baht would be enough to cover these charges.

How much do I have to pay for Internet?

Internet is included in the rental fee, you need not pay for it. We provide both Wi-Fi and wired LAN. But you would need to configure WEP encryption (for Wi-Fi) or DHCP (for wired LAN) on your computer by yourself.

Can we have a look?

Sure, only that we don't have a manager who stays there over night and sundays. So we would appreciate if you could call in advance (0-89188-5300) so that we can make sure that there is someone there to host.

Is there any discount for long-term stay, say 6 months?

Regretably not. We honestly believe this is the best we can offer for the quality we provide.

Can you speak English?

Quite so, if you call 0-89188-5300. I used to study in Australia, worked Singapore and, very briefly, in Germany.

On arrival, how much do I have to pay?

For monthly stay, you need to pay all together 12,000 Baht (6,000 Baht deposit and 6,000 Baht for 1st month stay). If there is no damage we will return the deposit on you departure. For weekly stay, you can pay on week by week basis.
